Mark Jenkinson MP has welcomed the £2 million Local Growth Funding that Government has given to the Cumbria LEP to kickstart the LEP’s small capital grant scheme.
Mark Jenkinson MP said "This money that has been made available to kick start the Cumbrian LEP’s small capital grants scheme will help support entrepreneurs in my constituency of Workington and across Cumbria.
Local entrepreneurs contribute a huge amount to the Workington, creating jobs, providing innovation and contributing to our local economy. I welcome the move by government to assist them through Cumbria LEP with capital grants for their business ventures."
