The Conservatives introduced the pensions triple lock - and we'll always protect it. No ifs, no buts. Do you agree with us?
Everyone deserves dignity in retirement. But until 2010, pensioners faced uncertainty about their future and what payments they would receive.
That's why the Conservatives introduced the triple lock, guaranteeing pensions rise every year. And that's why we're putting the triple lock in our next manifesto, so pensioners can rely on it under the Conservatives.
I believe the triple lock is essential to providing dignity for people who've worked hard all their lives.
But as you've probably seen, Labour MPs aren't so sure. They've gone back and forth on whether they'll protect the triple lock. And that means more uncertainty yet again.
So I want to know YOUR views.
If I'm elected, I will always vote to protect the triple lock and ensure pensioners have certainty after a lifetime of work.
And I will always vote to protect the hard-won gains that pensioners rely on day in, day out.
That's why I backed the 11.9 million winter fuel payments and cost of living payments that we delivered to pensioners last winter.
And it's why I back the pensions bump this April, when we increased state pensions by 8.5%, meaning pensioners get up to £900 more a year.
But if you agree with Keir Starmer, who says he'll increase taxes on pensioners, then I want to know.
